Cresa adds two advisors to its Chicago team

Tenant rep commercial real estate firm, Cresa, has added two advisors to its Chicago office, Addison Coll and Michael Neff. They will specialize in tenant site selection and business development, handling lease abstracts, financial analysis and market intelligence for assignments.

Coll most recently was a PGA Tour Professional playing in tour-sanctioned events throughout Canada and several mini tours throughout the U.S. Before that he served as an energy consultant intern with AJW, Inc. in Arlington, Virginia. There he provided research to the legal team as well as for clients. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus.

Neff worked as an acquisitions analyst at LG Construction, and before that at Savoy Development, handing market research. Prior to that he served as an investment analyst for Marc Realty where he evaluated ownership’s portfolio. Neff is a graduate of The Driehaus College of Business at DePaul University.
