Michael Marrion has joined Cresa Chicago as a Senior Vice President with the firm’s downtown Tenant Representation Group. He will focus on business development and client services, assisting tenants with long-term strategies.
Marrion was most recently a Senior Vice President with Colliers Chicago’s Downtown Office Advisory Service Group, where he specialized in representing professional services firms and nonprofit organizations.
Notable recent transactions include Huron Consulting’s 130,000-square-foot lease renewal at 550 W. Van Buren, FitzGerald Associates’ 12,000-square-foot lease at 200 W. Adams and Hometown America’s 10,000-square-foot corporate headquarters relocation to the new Bank of America tower at 110 N. Wacker Dr.
Marrion began his career as a product specialist with CBRE in Washington, DC.
An active member of his community, Marrion is a lifelong, passionate supporter of the military and the Chicago Police and Fire Departments. In 2018, he co-founded the Erik Kristensen Scholarship of Service given annually at St. Ignatius College Prep. The endowment honors Kristensen, a Navy SEAL and childhood friend, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in June of 2005.
In addition, Marrion is an active member of the Notre Dame Veteran’s Initiative Council, The Lone Survivor Foundation and the Irish Fellowship Club of Chicago.
Marrion is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
