Cresa’s Project Management Principal Eric Nolin has completed the complex build-out of Bettinardi Golf’s (Bettinardi) new, 6,877-square-foot experiential custom fit showroom concept at 1225 West 22nd Street in Oak Brook, Illinois. The grand opening is slated for August 15th.
Bettinardi will debut a new location for its high-tech putter fitting facility called Studio B. With a more intimate customization process, multiple private fitting bays, and a boutique complete with a large selection of clubs, apparel and limited-edition branded accessories.
Bettinardi will also offer The Hive, which sells unique, high-end luxury and Tour putters built and designed in-house by master club designer Robert J. Bettinardi, and ample space for special events and workshops. The company expects the new location to become the go-to hub for putter and wedge fittings in the Midwest.
In addition to overseeing site selection, Cresa managed the project’s design and buildout and provided turnkey services including building analysis, program confirmation, architect selection, design review, GC selection and contracting, owner/vendor integration, fixture integration and grand opening set-up. Cresa’s Bradley Metzger negotiated Bettinardi’s lease in October 2022.

Bettinardi’s corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility will remain in Tinley Park.
