Cresa’s Ed Lowenbaum and Glenwood Real Estate’s Jason Talanian represented Kuriyama of America, Inc. in the sale of its 163,309-square-foot U.S. headquarters property at 360 E. State Parkway in Schaumburg, Illinois.
DN Solutions, which works in the global machine tool industry, acquired the asset for an undisclosed price.
The modern warehouse/distribution facility sits on 11.5 acres and features 34-foot clear ceiling height, 15 exterior docks and parking for 134 cars. It also includes 32,000 square feet of office space. Located in the heart of the Schaumburg industrial corridor, the building offers immediate access to I-355 and I-90 and a highly skilled labor pool. It will serve as DN Solutions’ corporate headquarters and showroom.
Newmark’s Tom Gath and Kevin Murphy represented the buyer in the transaction.
