Kathryn “Ryndy” Ditmars has joined Cresa as General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer announced CEO Tod Lickerman. In this role, Ditmars will lead talent and risk management strategies to support the firm’s growth. She will be based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Ditmars was most recently a Managing Director of Americas at JLL. She spent the majority of her 20+ year career at the Chicago-based commercial real estate firm, serving in a variety of legal and business roles including Americas General Counsel, Global Litigation Director, Chief Counsel for Latin America, Ethics Officer and Chief Employment and Litigation Counsel.
Prior to joining JLL, Ditmars was a litigation attorney with a focus on employment counseling and claims resolution, and worked at both McDermott, Will & Emery and Jackson Lewis Schnitzler & Krupman in Chicago.
Ryndy received a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA from Princeton University.
