Cresa Madison recently represented PharmaSeek in its negotiations to expand its location at 8476 Greenway Boulevard in Middleton, Wis.
PharmaSeek has outgrown its 2,900-square-foot space, and expand its occupancy to 7,000 square feet beginning Jan. 15 of next year.
PharmaSeek works to identify sites for clinical trials with the goal of connecting quality clinical research studies with experienced, high-performing research sites. Founded in 1994, PharmaSeek has grown into a network of 250 sites located throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
