Cresa Madison recently represented Resource Solutions Group on a relocation to the Network 222 Building, located in downtown Madison, Wis.
Cresa first began working with Resource Solutions Group during the summer of 2011. Cresa represented the company on a short-term lease transaction at Tenney Plaza. Within 12 months, though, Resource Solutions Group required an expansion from about 1,000 square feet to 4,000 square feet. Cresa was able to negotiate a lease at aggressive terms for Class-A space near Madison’s Capitol Square.
In an attempt to maintain flexibility, Cresa negotiated two termination options into the lease. Because of the company’s steep growth projections, Cresa negotiated a “phased-in” rent schedule providing Resource Solutions Group with the ability to pay on only a portion of its premises for the initial months.
