Cresa Madison recently represented biotech company Aquamost in its relocation from 100 S. Baldwin St. to 103 East Badger Road in Madison, Wis.
Aquamost will occupy its new space on January 1 of next year.
AquaMost is a growth-stage company founded with licensed patents from The Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation to commercialize a water-purification technology called photo-electrocatalytic oxidation. Aquamost has outgrown its current 5,300-square-foot space. The company’s new location will consist of about 8,000 square feet.
Aquamost hired Cresa Madison to find a location that could serve as the company’s global headquarters, enable Aquamost to increase the capacity of its research and development departments and hire more employees.
“Cresa did an excellent job understanding our operational needs and finding us the space that worked best for our organization,” said Mark Henrickson, chief financial officer of Aquamost. “The time we saved by working with Cresa enabled us to concentrate more fully on the growth of our business.”
