Cresa Madison represented Moxe Health as the company found its first permanent office space in Madison, Wis. Moxe will occupy its Capital Square office space, located at the Churchill Building, in September.
Cresa Madison was engaged by Moxe Health to assist the company in identifying and securing an office space that would serve as the company’s headquarters and enable Moxe to increase staff.
“It is an excellent sign of the state of the economy to see startup companies, like Moxe, moving out of the coffee shops and incubators and into their own office spaces.” said Ross Rikkers, principal of Cresa Madison, in a written statement.
