Cresa Madison recently represented Shine Medical and Phoenix Nuclear Labs in their relocation to Madison, Wis. The move is an essential step for both companies as they plan an $85-million manufacturing plant that will bring more than 100 new jobs to Wisconsin.

Contracted in July of 2011, Cresa Madison negotiated and secured a lease agreement in January of this year. Shine Medical and Phoenix Nuclear Labs moved into 10,000 square feet of completely renovated space just off Highway 12/18 on Industrial Drive on March 1. In 18 to 24 months, the companies will begin construction of an $85 million manufacturing plant in Janesville, Wis., that will employ more than 100 people with average salaries of $60,000 a year.
