Cresa Madison represented Sustain Dane in its relocation from its current location on Patterson Street to 131 W. Wilson St. in downtown Madison, Wis. Sustain Dane will occupy its new space immediately.

Sustain Dane is a non-profit organization based in Madison that runs several sustainability programs and initiatives for homes, neighborhoods, schools and workplaces. The organization started as a grassroots group in 1997 and was established as a 501 (c)(3) in 2003. The grou’s move will provide Sustain Dane with a professional presence in close proximity to Madison’s Capitol Square.

“It is always uplifting to work with non-profits in the Madison community, and Sustain Dane is no exception,” said Ross Rikkers, principal at Cresa Madison, in a written statement. “Sustain Dane’s sustainability programs and work within the community are a significant benefit to Dane County.”
