Cresa Madison recently represented WisPACT in a relocation from its current location to a new office space in downtown Madison, Wis.
WisPACT, a nonprofit organization designed to create and manage pooled and community Special Needs Trusts to help people with disabilities, will move into its new space on Nov. 1. WisPACT will be moving from a 1,400-square-foot suite to a 2,300-square-foot suite to accommodate its growth.
WisPACT originated from a collaborative effort among ARC Wisconsin, NAMI Wisconsin, Inc., the Wisconsin State Bar- Elder Law Section and the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Association. WisPACT currently serves more than 2,000 beneficiaries throughout the state of Wisconsin.
Cresa Madison was hired by WisPACT to find a location that could serve as the company’s headquarters and enable WisPACT to better reach the community it serves.
“Cresa’s services were above and beyond what we expected,” said Olivia Wong, executive director and president of WisPACT. “Without Cresa’s assistance, it is unlikely we would have found such a terrific location and negotiated such a great deal and terms.”
