Cresa Madison recently represented UConnect, an online food-delivery service, in a relocation from its current premises at 1 East Main Street to 107 North Hamilton Street in downtown Madison, Wis. UConnect was scheduled to move into its new space today.
UConnect founded BadgerBites.com in 2009 at the University of Wisconsin. The company allows customers to order food from restaurants throughout Madison. The company will then deliver that food to the consumers.
BadgerBites recently changed its name to MadBites. The company has also expanded to 13 campuses total with more on the way.
UConnect has been working within the Gener8tor Incubator space for the past months and the company’s new, independent location will consist of more than 2,000 square feet.
Cresa Madison was engaged by UConnect to find a location that could serve as the company’s headquarters and enable UConnect to continue its aggressive growth.
