Cresa Madison in Madison, Wis., recently represented Nexcyon Pharmaceuticals in a relocation transaction that will help the pharmaceutical company expand its business.
Nexcyon moved to about 3,000 square feet at 644 E. Washington Ave. in Madison from the University Research Park. The relocation will provide Nexcyon with the required space to increase its staff, and will further solidify the company’s growing business, which was formerly headquartered in Indiana.
