Cresa Madison represented Family Therapy Center of Madison, Inc. in a lease transaction for a relocation of its downtown Madison, Wis., office space. Family Therapy Center of Madison’s relocation will move the company from its current location at 14 W. Mifflin St. to 131 W. Wilson St.
This is the second transaction that Cresa has led for the center. The first transaction in June of this year involved a lease renewal for the company’s west side Madison location.
The Family Therapy Center of Madison’s new downtown location will provide more natural light for doctors and patients, and also provides additional space for group therapy sessions.
