Liz Roberts has been promoted to principal – account management at Cresa Chicago. Roberts, who has been with Cresa for 11 years, was previously a senior vice president in the Chicago office, focusing on multi-market account management.

Roberts specializes in corporate services, using critical thinking skills to help companies make real estate decisions that fall in line with their financial and cultural goals. She leads Cresa Chicago’s industrial practice group and has served as the account manager for one of the firm’s largest portfolio accounts for the past 10 years. Since taking the lead, she has managed day-to-day operations, transaction management and implemented a wide range of best practices. As a result, the client has earned multiple in-house awards and recognition for the work done.
Further, Roberts is an active member and contributor to the company’s diversity and philanthropic efforts and is dedicated to civic engagement in the community. She currently serves as an executive committee member of Cresa’s diversity, inclusion and belonging board as well as treasurer of the board of directors at Cresa Cares, the company’s charitable foundation. Locally, she was named a fellow in JCC Chicago’s Women InPower Program in 2020 and was recently accepted into Northwestern University’s Board Member Institute for Jewish Leadership. She is past member of Cresa’s Emerging Leadership Council and past president of the Board of Jewish Council for Youth Services (JCYS).
Prior to joining Cresa, Roberts was an associate at Newmark specializing in multi-market assignments. She earned a BA from West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania and is a recipient of the Cresa Chairman’s Circle award given to $1-million-plus producers.
