Cresa St. Louis, a subsidiary of Pace Properties, has acquired the project management division of Landmark Contract Management. This acquisition will position Cresa for the continued growth of the project management/owner’s representative business.

In addition to being a leader in commercial real estate transaction management, workplace solutions and consulting portfolio solutions, Cresa’s project management business has seen significant growth in recent years, primarily in the office, retail, industrial and non-profit sectors. Landmark brings 34 years of experience, primarily in the public works, government, and entertainment sectors, to complement Cresa’s project management portfolio.

Founded in 1987, Landmark began as a dispute resolution firm but quickly expanded once clients realized the company’s risk mitigation knowledge and requested full-service management to help avoid claims at the outset. “I am delighted to be merging with Cresa.

In the past 34 years, Landmark has managed some challenging yet rewarding projects. I am pleased that Landmark can now continue its unmatched management of exciting and interesting jobs. The Cresa partnership is the perfect fit for the firm’s continued success,” said the founder and CEO of Landmark Contract Management.

Landmark’s team of project managers will be joining Cresa immediately. Brad Hornburg will serve as a consultant to Cresa through the end of 2022.

“Brad Hornburg and Landmark have a tremendous reputation in the industry and a client roster built on trust and hard work, “said Rick Dames, Managing Principal of Cresa, “We are excited to join forces offering our existing and new client’s additional resources and experience.”
