Milwaukee’s CresaPartners recently helped Ketchum Directory Advertising close a lease in Milwaukee.
Ketchum Directory Advertising hired CresaPartners in June of 2010. Michael Levine, a principal at CresaPartners, successfully represented the company in negotiating the lease for its new facility.
The landlord, Adelman Properties, LLC, was represented by Jody Nelson and Steffi Krolikowski of NAI MLG Commercial.
Nick Barran, chief finance officer of Ketchum Directory Advertising, said after the closing, “We had very specific requirements that CresaPartners zeroed in on fast due to their prior lease negotiations they have handled for us in three other cities. The process was quick, comprehensive and both time- and cost-effective. We always appreciate the professional skill set they bring to the process.”
