CresaPartners recently represented Children’s Therapy Network in its successful efforts to find a new headquarters in Madison, Wis.
Children’s Therapy Network hired CresaPartners in January, 2011. The organization had grown out of its current facility and needed a new headquarters. The agency also wanted to increase the scope of services it offered to the community.
CresaPartners’ principal, TJ Blitz, successfully represented Children’s Therapy Network in negotiating the lease for its new Madison facility. The landlord, Pearson LLC, represented itself.
“I really appreciated the support and expertise that was provided by TJ from CresaPartners. It is because of our work with CresaPartners that we were able to find a space that accommodated for our unique needs,” said Jennifer Krull, occupational therapist and owner of Children’s Therapy Network.
