Madison, Wis.-based CresaPartners recently represented Community Justice Incorporated with its successful relocation in Madison.
CresaPartners’ vice president Ross Rikkers represented the tenant, helping negotiate and secure a lease agreement in May, 2011.
Community Justice Incorporated will move into about 1,400 Square Feet of refurbished office space at 214 N. Hamilton St. in downtown Madison.
“CresaPartners did a wonderful job to find us the space and location we needed for our law practice within a very tight budget. Our new space allows us to better serve our clients and the community. We would not have been able make this move without CresaPartners,” said Jennifer Binkley, development director of Community Justice, Inc.
The landlord, Idriz Sabani, was represented by Sperry Van Ness.
