Crescent Communities announced the groundbreaking of NOVEL Richland Creek, a multifamily and mixed-use community in West Nashville, Tennessee.
Located within Lion’s Head Village near the intersection of White Bridge Pike and Harding Pike, NOVEL Richland Creek will deliver 277 apartment homes and approximately 4,800 square feet of activated ground-floor retail. The mixed-use community is positioned along the Richland Creek Greenway, offering residents direct access to outdoor recreation while remaining minutes from Nashville’s major employment centers, including Vanderbilt University, Ascension Saint Thomas West, and Nashville State Community College.
Designed with Crescent Communities’ signature attention to local character and lifestyle-driven placemaking, NOVEL Richland Creek will feature studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with elevated finishes and highly functional layouts. The community’s amenity program reflects a lifestyle rooted in connection, creativity and balance, featuring a lobby with café and wine bar, trailhead access to the Richland Creek Greenway, maker and wellness spaces, coworking and book club room areas, a rooftop pool, and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
Strategically located near the intersection of White Bridge Pike and Harding Pike in Lion’s Head Village, NOVEL Richland Creek is part of Stockbridge Capital Group’s long-term vision to enhance and reimagine the shopping center, transforming the area into a more walkable, connected, mixed-use destination. As NOVEL Richland Creek is built, Lion’s Head Village will be enhanced with a new parking deck near Trader Joe’s, a traffic signal, enhanced pedestrian infrastructure, landscaping, and upgraded signage.
NOVEL Richland Creek builds on Crescent Communities’ strong presence in the Nashville metropolitan area and throughout Middle Tennessee. Its legacy communities include NOVEL Edgehill, NOVEL Harpeth Heights, NOVEL West Nashville, NOVEL Music Row, NOVEL Bellevue Place, NOVEL Lockwood Glen, and Crescent Cool Springs.
