The Legndary Group has signed a lease and is currently remodeling the former Cadillac Ranch (most recently BarRoom) in Cleveland to house a Las Vegas-style night club.
Donnie Burton, a Cleveland native and president of The Legndary GCE Group, plans to open a tapas-style restaurant in the front room with a high-end dance and entertainment venue in the building’s rear space.
The French restauarant will be called Chateau, while the club in the rear will be called The Bank — Cleveland.
Legndary currently operates the Rumor Lounge in Cleveland.
Eliot Kijewski of CRESCO Real Estate represented The Legndary GCE Group, and Conor Coakley of CBRE represented the landlord in the transaction.
