CREW Chicago recently hosted a panel discussion at The Ivy Room, featuring members of the Obama Presidential Center team.
Moderated by Michelle Flagg of Redacre Solutions, the panel included Pamyla Brown of Turner Construction and Lakeside Alliance, Kelly Powers Baria of Powers & Sons Construction, Monica Chadha of CIVIC Projects, and Renata Graw of Normal.
The conversation focused on the opportunities this project has created for minority and women-owned businesses to re-think every aspect of the traditional design and construction process. Panelists offered insight into their own professional goals for strategic business growth and offered an optimistic view toward how the real estate and construction industry will continue to evolve.
