CRG has hired Andy Perille as vice president of development. Perille will join the Chicago development team supporting CRG’s real estate activity throughout the Midwest and nationally. His role will include site selection and analysis, as well as leadership of the planning, design and construction activities for ground-up and value-add industrial assets.
“Andy enjoys great respect in the industry and brings strong design and construction thinking to our national development team,” said Shawn Clark, president of CRG. “He’s exactly the kind of team player who will maximize the value of CRG’s integrated platform to deliver best-in-class facilities in Chicago and nationally.”
Prior to joining CRG, Perille served as vice president, design and construction for Liberty Property Trust. In that role, he was responsible for site analysis of Liberty’s national industrial land and building acquisitions. Additionally, he managed their Midwest market development projects. Perille holds a bachelor of architecture and a master of architectural management from the University of Illinois and a master of business administration from DePaul University.
“CRG is truly innovative in their approach as an integrated development platform,” said Perille “I’m excited to join such a high-caliber team to support CRG’s expansion throughout the Midwest and nationally.”
CRG is focused on the development of high-quality real estate assets throughout North America and primarily invests in three types of real estate; industrial warehouses in key logistics corridors, mixed-used and multi-family in emerging urban neighborhoods and build-to-suit corporate headquarters.
