CRG Residential finalized the $134 million sale of two Class-A multifamily communities in Bloomington and Greenwood, Indiana, marking an important milestone for the company and its investment partners.
The transactions include:
- Hayden Flats in Bloomington, Indiana, a 298-unit property completed in 2024 and sold for $68 million.
- Flats at Stones Crossing in Greenwood, Indiana, a 292-unit property completed in 2024 and sold for $66 million.
