Crossdock Development Inc. of Louisville, Kentucky, has broken ground on a 572,000-square-foot spec industrial facility in the Salt River Business Park of Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
The 43-acre site, located 14 miles South of Louisville’s UPS Worldport off Interstate 65, is pad-ready and features a regional fiber optic line with 100GB data and access to more than 2 million gallons of water/wastewater per day.
The Class-A property includes 36-foot clear height ceilings and expandable parking. It will be shell-ready in June. This is Crossdock Development’s eighth project in the area.
