Josh Cooper has joined Crown Tenant Advisors, a boutique healthcare real estate firm, as managing director of its regional office in Tennessee.
Cooper is a licensed commercial real estate broker and will be responsible for dental, medical and veterinary tenant and buyer representation in Tennessee, with a focus on Nashville.
Cooper has been investing in commercial properties since 2017. His experience includes syndication and joint-venture commercial multifamily projects.
Before joinng Crown Tenant Advisors, Cooper owned a fund-raising business, helping schools raise capital in middle and west Tennessee. He also ran the operations for a multi-national food conglomerate based in Nashville.
