CSJ Investments LLC recently completed the purchase of two industrial investment assets.
The first was a small deal on Lively Boulevard in Elk Grove Village where CSJ’s own Pat Hogan represented the company.
Recently, CSJ also bought a 50,000 square foot deal in Hickory Hills that was listed with NAI Hiffman. Both properties were 100% leased at the time of acquisition, but both required new roofs and CSJ also plans additional improvements to help drive higher rents.
