CSM announces the shell completion of its North Star Distribution Center in Rogers, Minnesota. The 271,145-square-foot bulk warehouse facility, located at 19730 South Diamond Lake Road, was built speculatively in reaction to demand for distribution space in the northwest market.
North Star Distribution Center is located on 17 acres of land, and features a 32′ clear height and 60′ speed bays, making it an ideal addition to the already bustling distribution area. CSM Corporation broke ground on the site in July 2014, and is prepared to deliver a finished site in May.
