CSM Corporation has wrapped the shell completion of its 610 Commerce Center I project in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
The 202,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility, located at 7200 93rd Avenue North, is a spec building, built because of the increasing demand for office/warehouse space in the northwest market of the Twin Cities.
The first phase of the business park, 610 Commerce Center I, sits on 31 acres of land, and features a 28-foot clear height and upscale design elements including exterior glass.
The project is designed to accommodate manufacturing, assembly and light distribution. CSM Corporation broke ground on the site in September of 2014.
