Output Technology and Superior Paper Handling Solutions have leased 22,975 square feet of office/warehouse space at CSM Corporation’s Boone Avenue Business Center II in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
The new lease brings this project from 69-percent to 100-percent occupancy.
Boone Avenue Business Center II is located at 7150 Boone Avenue North and features easy access to I-694/I-94. It is conveniently located to retail and restaurants.
