CTK Chicago Partners recently represented two local companies in industrial lease transactions totaling 136,240 square feet in Lake County.
In one of the largest Southern Lake County industrial transactions to date, Dan Tobin and Mark Deady represented CTI Industries, which is a manufacturer of home storage pouches and systems, foil balloons, latex balloons, novelty items and printed and laminated films. The 116,925-square-foot facility will serve as a second location for warehousing and fulfillment activities relating to their storage and balloon product lines.
The facility located at 800 N. Church, Lake Zurich, is owned by Schultz Bros. Co., and Nick Panarese of Van Vlissingen & Co. represented the owner is the transaction.
Additionally, Mark Deady with CTK represented promotional products company BWM Global in a long-term lease for 19,315 square feet. The facility, located at 3740 Hawthorne, Waukegan, is owned by CenterPoint Properties.
