CTL Global, a Chicago-based logistics and fulfillment company, will be expanding into a 248,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility, located at 1000 N. County Line Road in Elmhurst, Illinois. Colliers International represented the property owner, Black Creek Group and CTL was represented by Cresa.
“Our newest facility demonstrates CTL Global’s ongoing commitment to investment in our infrastructure in order to support our clients’ needs. We are excited to launch operations from the facility this summer as we ramp up for [the] third and fourth quarters, a time added volume in our clients’ supply chain is at its peak,” said Josh Miller, CTL executive vice president and general manager.
CTL currently operates out of three facilities in the Chicagoland area: Northlake, Bensenville and Elk Grove Village. The new facility will allow CTL to gain operational efficiencies and continue to service its nationwide clients.
“As CTL Global’s real estate advisor over the past 15 years, we were tasked with the challenge of finding a facility that could accommodate growth and allow them to operate in a cost-effective manner,” said Cresa’s Edward Lowenbaum. “The County Line facility provides both functionality with its state-of-the-art construction, and lower operating costs as a result of its DuPage County location.”
