Cugino’s Gourmet Foods purchased a 25,639-square-foot warehouse building located at 1100 Alexander Court in Cary. John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented the seller, a private trust, and Mark Deady of CTK Chicago Partners represented the buyer in the transaction.
Separately, Cassidy and Franzese represented QLS in its renewal of 154,633 square feet of warehouse space located at 2220 Greenleaf Ave. in Elk Grove Village. The building is owned by Prologis.
