Cullinan Properties announced it is relocating its corporate headquarters. Cullinan Properties has purchase 18,320 sq. ft. of space at GEM Terrace Office Condominiums located at 450 North Main St., East Peoria, IL from EM Properties. GEM Terrace is ideally located in the Central Illinois region, with convenient access off of Interstate. The entire building is 26,000 sq. ft. and features steel-frame construction and a glass-curtain wall exterior. Other occupants of the building include Heritage Bank, Validus Technologies, Legacy Investments Services and Consociate Dansig Group.
“We look forward to moving our corporate headquarters to such an upscale building with spectacular views of the Illinois River, downtown Peoria and East Peoria. With the economic growth that continues East and West of the river, this move puts our headquarters in the middle of the ongoing development that has already happened and what’s to come in the region, “states Diane Cullinan Oberhelman, Chairman/Founding Partner of Cullinan Properties.
Gary Matthews, Founder and President of EM Properties, states that “this purchase will permit me to reduce my office space needs consistent with my desire to spend more time with my wife and family.” EM Properties will move its operations to a location to be subsequently announced.
