Cullinan Properties, Ltd. promotes Scott Bishop and Mike Weaver

Cullinan Properties, Ltd. has promoted Scott Bishop to vice president of asset management, and expands Michael Weaver’s role to vice president of legal & single asset development.

In Scott’s new role, he will oversee all aspects of property operations for the company, including supervision of both in-house personnel and 3rd Party firms. Scott will also coordinate Leasing, Marketing and Tenant Construction related activities for the managed properties.

Weaver expands his current role at Cullinan Properties to lead the new Single Asset Development program for the company including site selection, acquisitions and dispositions. As Vice President of Legal & Single Asset Development, Mike will identify and develop relationships with retailers, banks, health clubs, restaurants and hotels who seek free-standing facilities throughout the country. In addition, Mike will continue to provide in-house legal services for the company.
