The East Peoria Downtown development in Peoria, Ill., continues to attract new clients. Cullinan Properties, which has offices in Chicago and Peoria, Ill., in addition to St. Louis, manages the retail development.
Ross Dress for Less, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and a medical practice affiliated with Hertland Dental Care have all signed leases at the mixed-use center.
They join such stores as Target, Costco, ULTA Beauty and Gordman’s.
The East Peoria Downtown Center is scheduled to open to shoppers in March of next year. It is part of a new downtown district that includes a 137-room Holiday Inn and Conference Center, 32,000-square-foot Fondulac District Library and 54,000-square-foot Community Bank.
