Cullinan Properties has named Robey Taylor as the new property manager at the Streets of St. Charles mixed-use development in St. Charles, Mo.
Taylor has worked in both shopping centers and office building management in the St. Louis market since 1993.
The Streets of St. Charles includes retail, restaurant, entertainment, office and residential components.
