Cullinan Properties, Ltd., owner and manager of Quincy Mall, announced a rebrand of the Quincy, Illinois, property to Quincy Town Center. The mixed-use property includes Quincy Medical Group, Slumberland and VIP Cinemas as anchors.
The new identity also signifies Cullinan Properties’ commitment for Quincy Town Center to continue serving as a community gathering place and host site for regular events and happenings nearly 200 days out of the year. The center also provides several amenities such as the Community Room, Study Hall and Pepsi Play Area.
Vice president and director of leasing for Cullinan Properties, Ltd., Kathleen Brill, stated that while the company is seeking uses such as office, hotel, multi-family and various services to add to the tenant mix at Quincy Town Center, pursuing retail tenants remains an importance. Brill feels the new name and image will positively affect leasing efforts at the property.
