Cullinan Properties’ Streets of St. Charles adds more new tenants

Cullinan Properties recently welcomed new tenants to the Streets of St. Charles mixed-use development in Peoria, Illinois, in the St. Louis market. Cherry Blow Dry Bar opened its doors March, whle Play Street Museum is scheduled to open March 25.

Cherry Blow Dry, a hair salon, is the franchise’s first location in the St. Louis market. Play Street Museum, an interactive learning center for children, will also be opening its first St. Louis location.

Streets of St. Charles also recently added Elekta as its newest office tenant. The more than 100 employees of this company will occupy 40,000 square feet of space at the development.

Cullinan Properties owns and manages The Streets of St. Charles, which is a 27-acre mixed-use community with retail, dining, entertainment, hospitality, multifamily nad office components.
