Cushman & Wakefield announced that Hank Davis has joined the firm as an investment sales broker focusing on the sale of retail properties in Cincinnati. He will partner with the Capital Markets team of Tom Powers, Jim O’Connell and Mike Sullivan.

Davis previously worked at CBRE for nine years. his focus on retail properties will equip the team with additional capacity to grow through an added focus on the sale of shopping centers, malls and single-tenant retail properties.

Although Mr. Davis’ background in the sale of investment properties began in 2007, his roots in the Cincinnati retail business trace back to the late 1800s when his ancestors operated multiple grocery stores in Over-the-Rhine and downtown. Later, his grandfather, Raymond “Bud” Voss, was one of the original co-owners of the Thriftway grocery chain until being sold to the Lindner’s in 1961.
