Tony Ponzetti has joined Cushman & Wakefield as director in its brokerage team in South Bend, Indiana.
In this role, Ponzetti will focus on industrial properties tied to manufacturing, distribution, logistics, high-tech facilities, development sites and select agricultural assets across Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan.
Ponzetti began his commercial real estate career in 2001 and has worked across brokerage, valuation, commercial lending and advisory assignments involving complex real estate matters. For the past 15 years, he has led Navtrust, an asset management practice representing family offices. Ponzetti has worked with national firms Grubb & Ellis, Lee & Associates and Newmark, and previously served as Vice President Commercial Lending at Evergreen Capital Advisors.
Ponzetti is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana and Michigan. He holds an M.S. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
