Cushman & Wakefield adds director to Nashville office

Rich Rieck

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Rich Rieck to work in the firm’s Nashville-based office agency leasing team as director.

Rieck will work alongside Crews Johnston and George Mullowney to specialize in representing landlords in marketing their office properties for lease throughout Tennessee.

Before coming to Cushman & Wakefield, Rieck worked in Collier’s Nashville office where he served a wide national client base and focused on representing tenants and landlords of office product in the city’s urban core and submarket areas.

Rieck also has a background in commercial real estate law and practiced at Maynard Cooper & Gale, PC and Chapman & Rosenthal Title, Inc. for nearly seven years combined. Rieck earned his Juris Doctor degree from Belmont University’s College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Mississippi.
