Cushman & Wakefield hired Matt Hiatt in the St. Louis office as Director on its office leasing team.
In his new role, Hiatt will advise both occupiers and landlords across St. Louis and other key markets nationwide, leveraging more than two decades of commercial real estate experience.
Over his 20-year career in commercial real estate, Hiatt has worked with landlords, tenants, investors and developers on both regional and national assignments. Known for his client-first approach and expertise in negotiation, site selection, sales and portfolio strategy, he has built a reputation for delivering strategic, relationship-driven real estate solutions and creative deal execution throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.
In addition to St. Louis, Hiatt has experience working in Chicago and Los Angeles for national firms, including Savills and JLL. Throughout his career, he has represented a wide array of prominent clients including SHEIN, Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority, Red Bull, Meredith, BMO, Kemper Insurance, PNC Bank, Deluxe Entertainment, Asurion, CNA Insurance and Bank of New York. He is a graduate of Webster University.
