Cushman & Wakefield added Heidi McClenahan as Executive Managing Director for Project & Development Services, overseeing 10 U.S. markets and Canada.
She will be based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters office.
McClenahan has over 25 years of industry experience spanning architecture, construction and real estate, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects. Her expertise spans a wide range of sectors including corporate office, life sciences, technology, healthcare, education and mixed-use development.
McClenahan most recently served as the Americas Head of Investor Project Management at CBRE (Turner & Townsend), where she led a national team focused on minimizing risk and driving operational excellence across a $148M business.
