Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 205,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility for Love’s Travel Stops at Westpoint Business Park in the Monrovia/Mooresville submarket of Indianapolis. Love’s will own the facility.

Fritz Kauffman, Kevin Archer, Greg Dickerson and John Wilkinson of Cushman & Wakefield represented Love’s in the negotiation. Ambrose Property Group is developing the building.

The new facility will house the relocation and expansion of the previous Plainfield, Indiana, tire retread and distribution center. Located at the intersection of Interstate 70 and State Route 39, Westpoint Business Park totals 550 acres in the heart of Central Indiana’s transportation, distribution and logistics hub.

The property sits nine miles from the Indianapolis International Airport and within 12 miles of CSX’s Hoosier Inland Port.

Construction is slated to begin soon, with expected completion of February 2021.
