Heitman LLC has awarded Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois Inc. the exclusive management contract for 901 Carlow Drive in Bolingbrook. The building is 747,152 square feet and the will be managed by Shannon Arseneau, the portfolio manager of C&W.

901 Carlow Drive is situated in the Village of Bolingbrook, just off of I-55. Bolingbrook is also an industrial location of choice because of the village’s proximity and access to the Chicago area’s stable and diverse workforce and numerous amenities.
The facility’s neighboring quality tenants include William Wrigley Co., R.R. Donnelly, Kimberly Clark, UPS Logistics, Samsung and Quebecor.
