Michael Malone from Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors in West Des Moines, Iowa, received the Rising Star of the Year Award presented by the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association at its annual expo.
The award is designated to young professionals in the commercial real estate industry with anywhere from 24 to 48 months of experience. The honoree must be nominated and exemplify leadership within and out of the industry and have a strong initiative to make a long-term impact on the local CRE industry.
Malone, with three years of commercial experience has completed 65 transactions totaling more than $26 million in volume. His industry involvement includes a Candidate Membership for SIOR. He is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
Malone joined Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors as an office specialist for both tenant and landlord representation in early June.
