Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Main Street Lofts, a newly built 266-unit multifamily community in Dallas’ Mansfield submarket.
Grant Raymond, Asher Hall, Robert Stickel and Alex Brown of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sellers, Realty Capital Residential and PointOne Holdings, in the transaction. The multifamily community was acquired by SPI Advisory.
Built in 2022, Main Street Lofts is a suburban community in a vibrant mid-cities location with convenient access to high density employment hubs. Units include superior kitchen finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, gooseneck faucets, farmhouse sinks, and herringbone mosaic tile backsplashes. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, bike trail, resident lounges, social library with coffee bar, and a fourth-floor deck entertainment lounge.
