Cushman & Wakefield‘s National Industrial Advisory Group represented an institutional owner in the disposition of a 1.6-million-square-foot industrial portfolio with properties in Dallas-Fort Worth, California’s Inland Empire West, Salt Lake City and Nashville.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jim Carpenter and Adam Pastor led the transaction with regional support from Robby Rieke, Emily Brandt, Jeff Chiate and Casey Masters.

The seven-building portfolio is 97% leased to a list of national and regional tenants. With an average construction year of 2006, the properties feature modern industrial specifications, including ESFR fire sprinkler systems, average clear heights of 30′, expansive truck courts, concrete tilt-up construction and abundant parking to meet tenant demand.

The portfolio includes:

  • Valwood A (201,354-square-feet), Valwood C (134,266-square-feet) and Valwood D (127,620-square-feet) in Carrolton, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth market
  • Chino Distribution Center, a fully leased, 409,930-square-foot distribution center in the Inland Empire West
  • Salt Lake Distribution Center I and Salt Lake Distribution Center II, two 190,000-square-foot buildings that are fully leased
  • Elam Farms Distribution Center II, a 363,500-square-foot building in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, near Nashville, that is also fully leased.
